Dr Kenneth Carter was born and raised in TN He attended the University of TN and graduated in 1982 He went on to graduate from Meharry Medical College in 1986 He did his internship and residency at Meharry He went into private practice in Nashville TN in 1990 with Dr Floyd Richard He was board certified in 1993
